Minnesota's First Congressional District stretches from the South Dakota border to the Wisconsin border and is composed of 21 Counties in the heart of Southern Minnesota's agriculture, small business, and medical communities. The First District is also home to several of Minnesota's major mid-sized cities, including Rochester, Mankato, Winona, Austin, Owatonna, Albert Lea, New Ulm, and Worthington. The CD 1 MNGOP is committed to electing Republicans at all levels and ensuring Conservative, common sense representation for the people of Southern Minnesota.
